      • Goods remain the property of Cape Lube Solutions (PTY) Ltd until paid for in full.

5. Delivery & Collection

      • Deliveries are available throughout the Western Cape via trusted local couriers.
      • Delivery timeframes vary by location and stock availability.
      • Cape Lube Solutions is not liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or unforeseen events.
      • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; failed deliveries may incur additional fees.
      • Collections can be arranged from our premises by prior appointment.

6. ⁠Returns & Exchanges

      • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
      • A handling or restocking fee may apply.
      • Custom or special-order products are non-returnable.
